Clach place Williamson and Pollock on transfer list |
|
Inverness Clachnacuddin FC have placed 21 year old defender Colin Williamson and Alan Pollock, the twenty two year old attacking midfielder, on the transfer list after both players refused new improved contracts and indicated that they are likely to move on at the end of the season.
Both players have been regulars in the first team over the last few seasons. Pollock, who has amassed over 7000 minutes in the past four seasons, is believed to have caught the eye of Forres Mechanics and Brora Rangers with the Can Cans having previously approached the Lilywhites about his availability. He has netted six times this season, five times in the league and once in the AJG Parcels North of Scotland Cup. That is his best return to date having netted, two, four and five goals in previous campaigns.
Meanwhile Williamson is just one game away from 7500 minutes at this level and he remains on track for his customary four goals a season with his three goals this term coming in three different competitions. With 21 yellow cards and 3 red he averages between one and two games suspended in a season, which is an average return for a centre half in the SHFL.
Any clubs interested in either player please contact vice-chairman Peter Corbett in the first instance. He can be contacted at home 01463 238159 or mobile 07771370953
