One two three and easy for Keith Print

Keith recorded a second successive comfortable win over Lossiemouth, this time on League duty, but the scoreline does not reflect a true picture of a game in which the home side could and should have won by a lot more.

The opener came in 6 minutes. A well flighted through ball by Kris Niddrie was latched on to by recent recruit Gary Harris, Chris Stuart deflecting for a corner. From Martin Wood's flag kick on the right , big Kris Niddrie charged forward to just inside the box to power a header over the keeper and into the back of the net.

It should have been two a minute later. Another long ball this time came to Wood, stand in keeper Stuart diving to his right to save at full stretch

Wayne Mackay and the creative midfielders had started the game well and it was Mackay himself who sent in a stinging shot producing another corner. However it was following a Lossie flag kick the second goal could have come. Gary Harris played the ball through George Russell and with only Stuart in his way he was set up but lost control on the ball

The Coasters were not helping themselves with careless passing and Wood on the quarter hour mark could not believe his luck when the ball was laid on a plate for him in the box but Stuart reacted perfectly to block

Another good ball through the inside left channel this time allowed Harris the space but Stuart fingertipped over for a corner

A great surge into the box almost promised a breakthrough but there no takers for his cutback until Wood eventually stepped in and blasted over

Lossie had their only chance of the first half when Stuart Lamberton linked well then took a return pass but fired behind the post of Andy Shearer probably looking for something to do.

Niddrie almost added a second goal from another Wood corner this time on the left but to the gasps of the crowd in the stand the ball landed inches over the upright

One player standing out was young Phil McCall at left back and he played a neat 1-2 with Wood before the ball went wide to Stuart Walker but he fired straight at Stuart

The second goal came in 42 minutes and it was determined play by McCall again. He worked the ball into the box but what was to follow was pffafing about by visiting defenders before Dean Donaldson aimed the ball into the corner of the net

The points were tied up a minute from the break.Kevin Stuart was short with a passback which was well read by Gary Harris rolling the ball past the helpless Stuart in the goal

One way traffic ensued after the interval. Good running by Walker led to the ball trickling across the face of the goal before Wood raced in to try and connect but he could only hit the ball off the outside of the post

In 55 mins Harris fed Donaldson who hit straight tat the goalie, Mark Cody putting the loose ball out for a corner and Donaldson esding the flag kick over

Keith started to get untidy in their build up work, getting caught offside and over elaborate when the simple pass looked on but it was against a visiting side failing to do anything creative at the other end.

McCall tried to show the way cutting inside onto his right foot but chipping the keeper only to see the ball go wide. Then sub Michael Fyfe blasted off the underside of the bar after Danny Tritton had dummied the square ball into his path

Final Score Keith 3 Lossiemouth 0
